As most of you already know, our Allex team attended LogiMAT last week. LogiMAT is a fair focused on intralogistics and gives businesses like Allex the opportunity to show off their intelligent solutions based on the areas of digitization, AI, 3D printing, real time data exchange, VR and of course intelligent software of any kind. Our experts had a ton of fun communicating with our clients and the other LogiMAT attendees, and we particularly enjoyed getting to share this unforgettable experience with our amazing partner company ipolog.
We decided to provide you with a recap blog article on the event. If you visited us at our booth this might bring back many positive memories of your day in Stuttgart, and if you didn’t get the chance to participate, you’ll get lots of insightful information about the fair that might lead you to attend it next time around as a company or private person. Our experience with the LogiMAT event
From May 30th until June 2nd, our Allex team took part in the LogiMAT event. Sharing a booth with ipolog, we were in direct contact with our clients all day long and even attended a dinner with our colleagues and the ipolog team. Let’s break down our experience:
Interacting with our customers
We were incredibly pleased with the substantial number of visitors who came to our booth for a conversation with our experts. Some of them were long-time customers, but some were not yet familiar with our software, and it was a wonderful experience for us to open the door to our PM tool to these interested parties and to explain or demonstrate how Allex can help to bring their projects to the next level. The event created an open atmosphere with people attending from all over the world. They were mainly CEOs as well as leaders in sales, project management and logistics processes.
Dinner
On the very first day, we hosted a dinner for our colleagues and the ipolog team. We enjoyed the time together and the exchange with our partner company very much and the dinner offered the opportunity to reflect on the first day at the booth and to get to know everyone on a more personal level.

Benefits
Participating in LogiMAT has many advantages. On the one hand, the direct contact with our customers was a positive change, especially because events of this kind were not possible due to Corona for a long time. LogiMAT was almost like a teambuilding event for us, we made new business contacts and also took the opportunity to look at the other booths ourselves.

We were incredibly happy about the excellent opportunity to participate in LogiMAT and interact directly with our customers again after years of isolation. The collaboration with ipolog was also a positive experience for us and we are very much looking forward to participating in events of this kind in the future. We would also like to take this opportunity to thank our dedicated colleagues who travelled to Stuttgart and provided extensive advice to our customers. Unsere Erfahrungen mit der LogiMAT
Vom 31. Mai bis zum 2. Juni hat unser Team von Allex an der LogiMAT teilgenommen. Wir teilten uns einen Stand mit ipolog, waren den ganzen Tag über in direktem Kontakt mit unseren Kund:innen und veranstalteten ein Abendessen für unsere Kolleg:innen und das ipolog-Team.
Interaktion mit unseren Kund:innen
Wir haben uns sehr über die große Anzahl an Besuchern gefreut, die unseren Stand für eine Konversation mit unseren Expert:innen aufgesucht haben. Teilweise handelte es sich hierbei um langjährige Kund:innen, einige waren jedoch auch noch nicht mit unserem Tool vertraut und es war eine schöne Erfahrung für uns, diesen Interessenten die Tür zu Allex zu öffnen und zu erklären bzw. vorzuführen, wie unsere Software dabei helfen kann, die Projekte der jeweiligen Unternehmen auf das nächste Level zu bringen. Das Event schaffte eine sehr offene Atmosphäre von Menschen aus aller Welt. Es handelte sich dabei vorwiegend um CEOs sowie Führungspersonen in den Bereichen Vertrieb, Projektmanagement und Logistikprozessen.
Abendessen
Direkt am ersten Tag haben wir ein Abendessen für unsere Kollegen und das ipolog-Team veranstaltet. Wir haben die gemeinsame Zeit und den Austausch mit unserer Partnerfirma sehr genossen und das Essen bot die Möglichkeit, noch einmal auf den ersten Tag am Stand zu reflektieren und alle auf einem persönlicheren Level kennenzulernen.

Vorteile
Die Teilnahme an der LogiMAT hat viele Vorteile. Zum einen war der direkte Kontakt mit unseren Kunden eine positive Abwechslung, vor allem weil Veranstaltungen dieser Art durch Corona lange Zeit nicht möglich waren. Zum anderen haben wir die Kollaboration mit ipolog sehr genossen und uns über das Feedback unserer Kunden gefreut. Die LogiMAT war fast wie ein Teambuilding Event für uns, wir haben neue geschäftliche Kontakte geknüpft und haben außerdem selbst die Gelegenheit genutzt, die übrigen Stände anzusehen.

Fazit
Wir haben uns sehr gefreut, an der LogiMAT teilzunehmen und nach Jahren der Isolation wieder direkt mit unseren Kund:innen zu interagieren. Auch die Kollaboration mit ipolog war eine sehr positive Erfahrung für uns und wir freuen uns sehr darauf, auch in Zukunft an Events dieser Art teilzunehmen. An dieser Stelle möchten wir uns außerdem bei unseren engagierten Kolleg:innen bedanken, die die Reise nach Stuttgart auf sich genommen haben und unsere Kund:innen umfangreich beraten haben.
