Allex is a collaborative project management app for planning, implementing and controlling projects. To seamlessly integrate project participants and jointly edit the project, objects (e.g. project, task, milestone, function component) can be shared with other users.

In the context of processing via HubSpot, will keep data on a server in Frankfurt Germany. The security of the transfer is secured via so-called standard contractual clauses, which ensure that the processing of personal data is subject to a level of security that corresponds to that of the GDPR. This website uses Google Analytics, a web analysis service of Google Inc, (1600 Amphitheatre Parkway Mountain View, CA 94043, USA; “Google”).
We use the Google Ads service. Google Ads is an online advertising program of Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland (“Google”).
This means we run Google Ads ads and also use Google Remarketing and conversion tracking as part of this. The ads are displayed after search queries on websites in the Google advertising network. We also use ad remarketing lists for search ads. This enables us to adapt search ad campaigns for users who have already visited our website. The services allow us to combine our ads with specific search terms or to serve ads to previous visitors, such as advertising services that visitors have viewed on our site. This allows us to show users of our site interest-based ads on other sites within the Google advertising network (as “Google ads” within Google search or on other sites).
The information obtained in this way is used exclusively for statistical evaluation for ad optimisation. We do not receive any information with which visitors can be personally identified. Your IP address is transmitted to Google. However, since we use Google’s IP masking on this website in the context of Google Analytics, your IP address is anonymised. The statistics provided to us by Google include the total number of users who clicked on one of our ads and, if applicable, whether they were redirected to a page of our website marked with a conversion tag. In order to efficiently process questions from prospects and subscribers for Allex, we provide you with a live chat function from Intercom Inc. 55 2nd Street, 4th Fl. San Francisco, CA 94105, USA on our website. This allows us offer a live chat that enables close contact with our interested parties and subscribers as well as to inform them about updates and other news.
In order to use the live chat function, we provide Intercom with some information (e-mail address and date of registration) from registered users. Additionally, the following data are processed, in order to provide you with the service and to be able to analyse and continuously improve our service: IP address, browser type, browser version, operating system, browser language, preferred language setting, date and time of last access, date and time of first access, web session and city and country. Through the statistical evaluation we can adapt our offer and make it more interesting for you as a user. This is also our legitimate interest in the processing of the above data by the third party provider. The legal basis for this processing is therefore Art. 6 para. 1 lit.f DSGVO.
The personal data required for the use of the live chat function will be deleted after termination of the user contract, unless there are legal requirements for retention periods. In the event of a statutory retention period, the personal data will be deleted after the end of the relevant period.

We would like to point out that we evaluate your clicks with the help of so-called tracking pixels, i.e. invisible image files, as well as personalized links when sending the newsletter. They are assigned to your e-mail address and are linked to a unique ID that can be clearly assigned to the recipient. The usage profile serves to tailor the newsletter offer to your interests.
Such tracking is not possible if you have deactivated the display of images in your email program by default. In this case the newsletter will not be displayed completely and you may not be able to use all functions. If you display the images manually, the above-mentioned tracking will take place.
For sending our newsletter we use the service “MailChimp” of the provider Rocket Science Group LLC, 675 Ponce De Leon Ave NE, Suite 5000, Atlanta, GA 30308, USA.
The data you provide us with for the purpose of subscribing to the newsletter will be stored by us until you unsubscribe from the newsletter and will be deleted from our servers as well as from the servers of MailChimp after you unsubscribe from the newsletter. Data, which was stored for other purposes (e.g. e-mail addresses for the member area) remain unaffected.
If you do not want MailChimp to analyze your images, you have the possibility to disable the automatic loading of images by default. In this case the newsletter will not be displayed completely and you may not be able to use all functions. If you display the images manually, the above mentioned tracking will be done. You can also unsubscribe from the newsletter at any time for the future. For this purpose we provide a corresponding link in every newsletter. The legality of the data processing procedures already carried out remains unaffected by your revocation.
When you contact us by email or via a contact form, the data you provide (first name, last name, email address, company, position (optional), telephone number (optional) will be stored by us in order to answer your questions and process your requests. As far as we ask for input via our contact form that is not necessary for contacting you, we have always marked this as optional. This information serves us to concretise your inquiry and to improve the processing of your request. Any communication of this information is voluntary and with your consent, Art. 6 para.1 lit. a DSGVO. Insofar as this involves information on communication channels (e.g. email address, telephone number), you also consent to our contacting you via this communication channel in order to answer your request.
Your data, which we have received in the course of contacting you, will be deleted as soon as they are no longer required for the purpose of their collection, your request is fully processed or no further communication with you is necessary or desired by you and there are no statutory retention periods.
As the person responsible for data protection, our company has implemented numerous technical and organisational measures to ensure that the personal data processed via this website is protected as completely as possible. Nevertheless, Internet-based data transmissions can generally have security gaps. Absolute protection cannot be guaranteed; in any case, sending unencrypted emails is not secure. SendGrid is a service with which, among other things, the sending of emails and newsletters can be organized and analyzed. If you enter data such as an e-mail address, for example, it will be stored on SendGrid’s servers in the USA.
With the help of SendGrid we can analyze the sending of emails. In this way we can determine whether a message has been opened and which links have been clicked on, if any. Technical information is also collected (e.g. time of retrieval, IP address, browser type and operating system). This information is used exclusively for statistical analysis of messages. The results of these analyses can be used to better identify delivery problems.
If you do not want SendGrid to analyze your images, you have the option to disable automatic loading of images by default. In this case our mail may not be displayed completely and you may not be able to use all functions. If you display the images manually, the tracking mentioned above will take place.
You can apply to our company electronically under the heading “Jobs”. We will of course use your details exclusively for processing your application and will not pass them on to third parties. You are welcome to encrypt your documents with 7zip and send us the password separately. Please note that unencrypted emails are not transmitted with access protection.
