Conditions of participation for the competition in connection with our surveys:
Participation in the Allex Projects GmbH competition is governed exclusively by these conditions of participation. By participating in the competition, the participant expressly recognises these conditions of participation.
Procedure of the competition
The duration of the competition is from 21/02/2024 to 21/06/2024.
Participation
To participate in the competition, it is necessary to complete and submit the survey form. Participation is only possible within the participation period. Entries received after the closing date will not be considered in the draw. Only one submitted survey form including the correct e-mail address will be entered into the competition per survey.
Prize, notification and transfer of the prize
Allex Projects GmbH will raffle off 10x digital Amazon.de vouchers worth €50, redeemable in Germany and other countries (see link), among all participants. The winners will be determined after the survey closes as part of a random draw among all participants. The prize cannot be paid out in cash. The winners of the prize draw will be informed promptly via the e-mail address provided.
Data protection
The general data protection provisions apply: https://de.allex.ai/legal/privacy-policy Personal data must be provided in order to take part in the competition. The participant assures that the e-mail address provided is truthful and correct. The participant can revoke his/her declared consent at any time. The cancellation must be sent in writing to the address given in the legal notice section of the website. Once consent has been withdrawn, the participant's personal data collected and stored will be deleted immediately.
Miscellaneous
Legal recourse is excluded. The law of the Federal Republic of Germany shall apply exclusively. Should any of these conditions of participation be or become invalid, this shall not affect the validity of the remaining conditions of participation. These conditions of participation may be amended by Allex Projects GmbH at any time without separate notification.

Die Teilnahme am Gewinnspiel von Allex Projects GmbH richtet sich ausschließlich nach diesen Teilnahmebedingungen. Mit der Teilnahme am Gewinnspiel erkennt der Teilnehmer diese Teilnahmebedingungen ausdrücklich an.
Ablauf des Gewinnspiels
Die Dauer des Gewinnspiels erstreckt sich vom 21.02.2024 bis zum 12.04.2024.
Teilnahme
Um am Gewinnspiel teilzunehmen, ist ein Ausfüllen und Absenden des Umfragebogens notwendig. Die Teilnahme ist nur innerhalb des Teilnahmezeitraums möglich. Nach Teilnahmeschluss eingehende Einsendungen werden bei der Auslosung nicht berücksichtigt.
Pro Umfrage nimmt nur ein übermittelter Umfragebogen inklusive korrekter E-Mail-Adresse am Gewinnspiel teil.
Gewinn, Benachrichtigung und Übermittlung des Gewinns
Unter allen Teilnehmern verlost die Allex Projects GmbH 10x digitale Amazon.de Gutscheine im Wert von 50 €, die in Deutschland und anderen Ländern einlösbar sind (siehe Link).
Die Ermittlung der Gewinner erfolgt nach Umfrageschluss im Rahmen einer auf dem Zufallsprinzip beruhenden Verlosung unter allen Teilnehmern. Der Gewinn kann nicht in bar ausgezahlt werden.
Die Gewinner der Verlosung werden zeitnah über die angegebene E-Mail über den Gewinn informiert.

Für die Teilnahme am Gewinnspiel ist die Angabe von persönlichen Daten notwendig. Der Teilnehmer versichert, dass die von ihm angegebene E-Mail-Adresse wahrheitsgemäß und richtig ist.
Der Teilnehmer kann seine erklärte Einwilligung jederzeit widerrufen. Der Widerruf ist schriftlich an die Adresse im Impressumsbereich der Website zu richten. Nach Widerruf der Einwilligung werden die erhobenen und gespeicherten personenbezogenen Daten des Teilnehmers umgehend gelöscht.
Sonstiges
Der Rechtsweg ist ausgeschlossen. Es ist ausschließlich das Recht der Bundesrepublik Deutschland anwendbar. Sollten einzelne dieser Teilnahmebedingungen ungültig sein oder werden, bleibt die Gültigkeit der übrigen Teilnahmebedingungen hiervon unberührt. Diese Teilnahmebedingungen können jederzeit von Allex Projects GmbH ohne gesonderte Benachrichtigung geändert werden.
