About the interview
There’s no shortage of AI ideas within companies, but how can you tell which of those ideas are actually worth the investment? An initiative can look promising on paper, but without a clear business case, ownership, adoption, and measurable value, it disappears before ever making any real impact.
In this edition of REAL TALK, Marc Eichner, CEO and co-founder of Omniance, joins us to explore what separates AI initiatives that survive the reality check from those that don't. As an AI strategist and solution designer, Marc works on what companies should build, how AI fits into the way people actually work, and whether the value case holds once strategy meets execution.
We'll look at where a solid AI business case actually comes from, why adoption and operational control belong in the ROI equation, and what AI champions need to make a convincing case internally. We'll also explore how much control organizations may want to keep over their data and infrastructure as AI moves from an idea to part of everyday operations.
